1- Preparing implementation schedules and tracking progress

(timeline, daily/weekly reports).

2- Reviewing plans, standards, and ensuring compliance with specifications

(CBS / Saudi standards and project specifications).

3- Receiving materials and matching quality certificates

(inspecting raw materials: cement, steel, paints, insulations).

4- Site and safety supervision

(applying safety procedures, site reports, risk management).

5- Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing inspection and subsequent maintenance tasks

(defect inspections, handover).
